CMYKCanvas is a product of MetaBinary Limited ("we", "our", "us"), based in Waterford, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This site collects one thing on purpose: waitlist signups. That is:

• Your email address and which list you joined (product waitlist or design-partner interest).
• An optional note you may write on the design-partner form.
• Your IP address and a timestamp, recorded with the signup for abuse and rate-limit protection.

There are no accounts, no payments, and no other forms. We do not collect browsing behaviour — see section 04.

• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): you give us your email so we can contact you. Waitlist signups get one message when the product launches — no newsletter. Design-partner signups get replies about their integration.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): the IP address and timestamp exist to stop automated abuse of the form. They are not used for profiling or marketing.

You can withdraw consent at any time — email us and we delete your signup.

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, no local storage. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this policy will change first, and anything optional will ask before it loads.

Signups are stored in a database we operate on our own server — not in a third-party marketing platform, CRM, or email service. Our hosting provider processes data only as infrastructure. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, though no internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

• Waitlist signups: kept until we send the launch notification, then removed within 12 months unless you have opted into further contact.
• Design-partner signups: kept while the conversation is live, removed within 12 months of last contact.
• Any signup: deleted immediately on request.

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate information.
• Erasure — have your data deleted.
• Restriction — limit how we use it.
• Portability — receive it in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing, including any direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as it was given.
• Complain — to your data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email us (below). We respond within one month, as GDPR requires.

If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we notify the Data Protection Commission within 72 hours and affected people without undue delay. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Policy changes are posted here with an updated date.
